Valentine's Day Heart-Shaped Brownies Recipe

These heart-shaped chocolate dipped brownie bites are an easy and delicious treat that’s perfect for the Valentine’s Day season! Everyone is sure to love these pretty Chocolate Dipped Brownie Hearts topped with chocolate melts and some fun sprinkles!

- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Geo Heart Silicone Mold
- Deco Melts Milk Chocolate (Dipping)
- Deco Melts Hot Pink (Dipping)
- Valentine’s Day Sprinkles


  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg, granulated sugar, fresh milk and oil together until completely smooth. Set aside. In another bowl, sieve the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, gently mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon the batter into the Geo Heart Silicone Mold, filling each well about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, then cool the brownies in the mold.
  6. Melt your desired chocolate in the microwave and stir until smooth.
  7. Pipe the chocolate melts on top of each brownie.
  8. While the chocolate is still wet, scatter sprinkles over each brownie.
  9. Dusting the chocolate dipped brownie hearts in Gold Edible Glitter, if desired.
