Valentine's Day Popcorn Balls Recipe

These Valentine’s Day Popcorn Balls are filled with salty and sweet goodness. They are a simple and delicious marshmallow popcorn treat decorated with our Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Topping, Heart Candy Shapes and rolled up into balls for a perfect way to celebrate this special day!

Ingredients:
- 5 cups of popped popcorn
- 35 g butter
- 2 ½ cups mini marshmallow
- 1 tsp Vanilla Cloud Flavoring
- Oil Based Food Color Peony Pink
- Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Topping
- Heart Candy Shapes
- Gradient Cupcake Liners

Instructions:
1. Pop a bag of microwave popcorn.
2. On the stove, melt 35 gram of butter and 2 ½ cups of mini marshmallows. Stir often. Once melted, take off of the heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla cloud flavoring.
3. Add 2 to 3 drops of peony pink food coloring to the marshmallow mixture. Stir until you get your desired color of pink.
4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn.  Mix them using a spatula.
5. After the popcorn and marshmallow mixture are thoroughly combined, add in the Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Topping and Heart Candy Shapes.
6. Using your hands, form popcorn balls about the size of a tennis ball and put it on the Gradient Cupcake Liners.
7. Let cool and harden for one hour.
